About How We Choose Tours
What we check on every listing
- The advertised “from” price, and whether it is per person or per group.
- The rating and the number of reviews — we prefer tours at 4.0 or higher.
- Group size, duration, minimum age and pickup, as the operator states them.
- What happens if the sky stays dark: a free retry, for how long, and on which tour.
Out of 92 northern lights listings on GetYourGuide we compare 28. We skip near-copies of the same tour and keep an unrated one only when it offers something the others don’t. When an operator doesn’t state a fact, we say so instead of guessing.
